domestic shipping

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class by recorded delivery from manchester, & you will be sent an email once your purchase has been handmade and dispatched.

international shipping

please contact &made ahead of making your purchase for up to date shipping costs & relevant lead time  information.

returns

if for any reason a purchase does not make you happy, &made offer an exchange, or credit note, providing you contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
you must return the item unworn, unwashed, or unused, with the original tag attached, & in the original packaging where appropriate.
items should be posted back to &made prepaid, within 14 days of the original shipping date.

we recommend that you post all returns by recorded delivery please & obtain a tracking number, as &made cannot be held responsible for lost post.

we do not offer cash refunds at this time unless goods are damaged or faulty.
